Reimagine the user interface of a money transfer journey

A leading securities brokerage and equities firm in Vietnam (name adjusted due to NDA) sought to enhance the user interface of its web-based platform for both existing and upcoming services. By reimagining the interface, the project aimed to create a more intuitive, seamless, and visually engaging experience for users. Additionally, the initiative was designed to empower the internal team with scalable design solutions for future growth.
THE DESIGN
To ensure consistency and scalability, we introduced both dark and light themes alongside a micro design system. This system includes standardized components, typography, a refined color palette, iconography and a structured layout grid.
THE PROCESS
A key challenge was finding the right balance between the firm’s internal vision, global design trends and the specific expectations of Vietnamese traders. By leveraging collaboration tools and integrating early stakeholder feedback, the team successfully aligned these elements, ultimately exceeding expectations and delivering a user-centric design.
