I'M LAN NGUYEN

I'm a user experience researcher and designer with 7+ years of experience, currently residing in Munich. I’m passionate about integrating people, technology and business to craft both tangible and intangible experiences rooted in strategy, creativity and sustainability.

My primary background in scenography design sharpened my aesthetic sensibilities and deepened my understanding of human behaviour and interaction. My higher study with focus on designing the product and service system opened up new possibilities where I was equipped how to manage various kinds of project, iteratively from research, prototyping to feedback.

 

My toolkit incl. Phenomenological Observation, Co-design with Stakeholder, Journey Mapping, Scenario Building and a range of research and design methods that I've applied to enterprise solutions including cloud, digital workplace, SAP implementation.
