User Experience Researcher & Service Designer
ABOUT ME
I'm a user experience (UX) researcher and service designer currently residing in Saigon. My aesthetic eyes were established through the primary background in scenography design, which also helped me with the foundational knowledge when moving towards working on human’s behaviour and interaction later on.
My higher study with focus on designing the product and service system opened up new possibilities where I was equipped how to plan and deliver various kinds of project, iteratively from researching to prototyping and feedback gathering.
Through the time of studying, practicing and reflecting, I see that building design cases on an all-inclusive understanding of people, technology and business is the most important aspect of my discipline. Its interdisciplinary essence and the combination of strategy, creativity and sustainability very inspiring to me, I believe designer in our era have a role of designing not only tangibles but also intangibles.
My experience involves Phenomenological Observation, Co-design with Stakeholders, Scenarios Building, User Experience Mapping and a range of research synthesis methods to create meaningful products-services that are beneficial for people, companies and society.

My scope of practice involved:
• Engage with customers, stakeholders, users, associates
• Moderate workshop (eg. Question Zero, Challenge Identification, Ideation, Prioritization…)
• Create persona, map out customer journey, generate value proposition
• Demo user interface (eg. using low-code platform OutSystems) etc.

• ‘Former IO & CI units fertilize their powers to increase Bosch Digital’s impact and efficiency’: via co-mapping user flow of working with agencies
• ‘Customer journey management @ Bosch Digital’: via piloting with APAC business consultant team and customer from Home Comfort
• UX mindset awareness: via training Design Thinking for UIUX Designers; sharing ‘Design Thinking & Workshop Moderation’ for BD Vietnam; etc.
